Requirements
- At least 21 years of age by July 14th, 2026.
- Bachelor or Masters degree in finance, accounting, or business.
- 1+ years of work experience in Impact Investment, Investment Management, Finance, Corporate Lending or Management Consulting.
- Training or experience in financial statement analysis.
- Spanish fluency and B2 level of English proficiency.
- High level of independence, attention to detail, and proactivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google Suite office software.
- 6-month minimum commitment required.
Responsibilities
- Support the Investment Associate/Investment Managers in monitoring and analyzing the financial performance of current investees.
- Support due diligence processes of potential investments to help assess prospects’ financial and social performance.
- Assess the total cost of the loan product offered by field partners in comparison with the local and regional markets.
- Help determine the social impact of the investments according to the impact metrics defined by Kiva.
- Support the LAC region in financial and impact monitoring of partner institutions.
