- Strong expertise in Python development and building scalable APIs and backend services.
- Experience with frontend development using React and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of AWS cloud services and serverless architecture patterns.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, cloud-native best practices, and observability tools.
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional and agile development environments.
- Self-motivated and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a pragmatic and low-ego team mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of core platform features using Python and API-first development principles.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performing backend services that integrate seamlessly within a cloud-native architecture.
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript to deliver intuitive and responsive user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, engineering, and data specialists.
- Contribute to cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows within an AWS serverless ecosystem.
- Independently lead proof-of-concept initiatives and solve complex architectural and engineering challenges.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and automation technologies.
- Promote engineering best practices related to scalability, observability, maintainability, and security.
