Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- At least 4 years focused on AI/ML solution development and deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Dialogflow and Agent Builder.
- Deep experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AI/ML services including Vertex AI.
- Understanding of machine learning, generative AI, and agentic system design.
- Experience with backend API integration and enterprise application development.
- Leadership experience mentoring engineers.
- Familiarity with MLOps/AIOps practices, observability, and system monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of advanced AI and software solutions.
- Drive technical excellence across multiple initiatives.
- Lead AI solution development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization.
- Oversee complex AI projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms like APIs, databases, and CRM systems.
- Design and implement MLOps/AIOps frameworks.
- Optimize AI models for performance, latency, and reliability.
- Establish technical governance and documentation standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
