Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3–4 years of experience in QA automation, software testing, or a similar role.
Strong hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with performance testing tools including JMeter or LoadRunner.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern QA best practices.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems such as Jenkins and Git.
Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments, Appium, or AI productivity tools.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts using Selenium WebDriver and related technologies.
Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and software quality standards.
Create and execute detailed test plans, analyze test outcomes, and identify defects or performance bottlenecks.
Lead and support performance testing initiatives using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner to validate scalability and user experience.
Continuously improve QA methodologies, automation processes, and testing efficiency across projects.
Mentor junior QA professionals and contribute technical expertise within collaborative Agile teams.
Document test cases, defects, and validation processes while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Advocate for AI adoption by leveraging co-pilot and generative AI tools to enhance testing workflows and innovation initiatives.
