Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in C# and .NET development.
- 2+ years using .NET Core in production environments.
- Background in distributed systems and high-load architectures.
- Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, or NATS.
- Expertise in MS SQL Server, including performance tuning and indexing.
- Understanding of backend system design and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with production debugging and observability tools.
- Fluent Russian language skills.
- Willingness to work within CET ±2 time zones.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the architecture and continuous evolution of high-load backend services built in C# and .NET Core.
- Design and implement new features and integrations, including AI-related components.
- Build and optimize asynchronous processing pipelines using messaging systems such as RabbitMQ.
- Work extensively with MS SQL Server, optimizing schemas, queries, and indexes.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
- Maintain high standards for testing, observability, and code quality.
- Influence technical decisions across teams.
