Job Details

6+ years of experience in IT support services, application support, or project/program environments.
Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms and related services.
Familiarity with InRule or similar business rules/automation platforms.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as SSRS and SSIS.
Exposure to Appian and .NET C# development/support environments is preferred.
Strong understanding of ITIL service management processes (incident, change, problem, request).
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams in a collaborative environment.
Strong communication skills for user support and cross-team coordination.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced operational setting.

Provide application and operational support for cloud-based environments across AWS and Azure platforms.
Deploy, configure, and maintain .NET C# applications within cloud infrastructure, ensuring stability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and integration issues in collaboration with development and support teams.
Work directly with end users to address application support needs and provide timely technical assistance.
Apply ITIL frameworks across incident, problem, change, and service request management processes.
Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution to ensure system resilience.
Support cloud security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Identify and contribute to process improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
