Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT support services, application support, or project/program environments.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms and related services.
- Familiarity with InRule or similar business rules/automation platforms.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as SSRS and SSIS.
- Exposure to Appian and .NET C# development/support environments is preferred.
- Strong understanding of ITIL service management processes (incident, change, problem, request).
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills for user support and cross-team coordination.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced operational setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide application and operational support for cloud-based environments across AWS and Azure platforms.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain .NET C# applications within cloud infrastructure, ensuring stability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, infrastructure, and integration issues in collaboration with development and support teams.
- Work directly with end users to address application support needs and provide timely technical assistance.
- Apply ITIL frameworks across incident, problem, change, and service request management processes.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution to ensure system resilience.
- Support cloud security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Identify and contribute to process improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
