Requirements
- Master’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, product commercialization, strategic planning, or new product launch in regulated environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and executive storytelling.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information quickly.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while learning new scientific and technical concepts.
- Proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong execution mindset with high accountability, follow-through, and problem-solving ability.
- Intellectual curiosity and motivation to contribute to breakthrough innovation in biotechnology or agriculture.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution across multiple commercialization workstreams, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and dependencies are actively tracked and met.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between R&D, regulatory, legal, commercial, sustainability, product, and technical teams.
- Maintain program visibility by consolidating updates, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring information flows efficiently across the organization.
- Support operational readiness for the initial commercial launch, ensuring systems, processes, and teams are prepared for execution.
- Conduct targeted market, regulatory, and industry research to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Identify, engage, and coordinate external experts and partners, including scoping, vetting, contracting, and onboarding activities.
- Prepare executive-level materials such as presentations, decision memos, briefing documents, and strategic summaries.
- Ensure follow-through on key decisions by tracking actions and driving accountability across teams.
- Support commercialization planning, including pricing inputs, market models, and go-to-market readiness materials.
- Assist with expansion analysis and due diligence for new geographic markets beyond early launch regions.
