Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, lifecycle marketing, or related roles within fintech, crypto, marketplaces, or digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of P2P trading ecosystems, marketplace dynamics, and digital payment infrastructures.
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling user growth, improving activation rates, and increasing customer retention.
  • Experience managing CRM and lifecycle marketing platforms such as Braze, CleverTap, OneSignal, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using dashboards and analytics platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Metabase.
  • Ability to conduct cohort analysis, funnel optimization, and data-driven experimentation independently.
  • Familiarity with digital communities and social engagement platforms including Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, and similar channels.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple growth initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both English and Urdu.
  • Knowledge of local fintech and crypto regulations, compliance considerations, and digital payment ecosystems.
  • SQL knowledge and familiarity with on-chain analytics tools are considered strong advantages.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute market growth strategies focused on user acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation initiatives.
  • Develop and optimize P2P marketplace growth strategies, including merchant engagement, liquidity optimization, and trading volume expansion.
  • Build and manage relationships with high-volume traders, merchants, community leaders, and strategic partners.
  • Design and implement localized digital acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Create referral programs, incentive campaigns, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Drive activation initiatives through CRM campaigns, onboarding journeys, push notifications, email marketing, SMS, and in-app engagement.
  • Analyze user behavior and identify friction points across onboarding, KYC, deposits, and trading journeys.
  • Develop retention and lifecycle marketing programs using segmentation and cohort analysis.
  • Launch reactivation and win-back campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing and report on growth KPIs.
