Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, regional marketing, or hospitality within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience independently managing end-to-end event execution across multiple countries or regions.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales teams, channel partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of APJ markets and cultural nuances.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the APJ region.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end field marketing programs across APJ.
  • Own regional event execution across Australia, India, Singapore, and Japan.
  • Manage full event operations including budgeting, vendor coordination, and logistics.
  • Partner closely with sales, channel, and demand generation teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regional vendors and partners.
  • Oversee digital event components including landing pages and email campaigns.
  • Track and report on event performance including ROI and pipeline influence.
