Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, regional marketing, or hospitality within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience independently managing end-to-end event execution across multiple countries or regions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience collaborating closely with sales teams, channel partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of APJ markets and cultural nuances.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the APJ region.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end field marketing programs across APJ.
- Own regional event execution across Australia, India, Singapore, and Japan.
- Manage full event operations including budgeting, vendor coordination, and logistics.
- Partner closely with sales, channel, and demand generation teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regional vendors and partners.
- Oversee digital event components including landing pages and email campaigns.
- Track and report on event performance including ROI and pipeline influence.
