  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience within the construction industry, ideally combining field and office-based project management responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of construction project workflows from design and planning through project completion.
  • Familiarity with construction technology, project management software, or digital collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused mindset with diplomacy, patience, and problem-solving abilities when addressing client challenges.
  • Understanding of how different construction stakeholders collaborate to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Ability to think creatively and propose practical workflow solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in technology adoption, operational improvement, and digital transformation within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to construction clients by guiding successful software deployments, onboarding programs, and workflow adoption initiatives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer construction processes and existing technology stacks to integrate platform solutions effectively into daily operations.
  • Manage and support a portfolio of new and existing customers to improve platform usage, operational efficiency, and long-term engagement.
  • Conduct web-based and in-person training sessions, demonstrations, and consultations for construction teams and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while driving satisfaction, retention, and account expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal product and support teams to communicate customer feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide guidance on technical and workflow-related questions.
  • Support construction teams in improving collaboration, visibility, scheduling, and communication across field and office operations.
  • Occasionally travel to customer locations for key meetings, implementation support, and training sessions.
