- Experience building features with observability and testing in mind.
- Experience with incorporating performance and accessibility into features.
- Experience in writing well-documented and readable code.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of initiatives and break down complex features.
- Build moderately complex features and components.
- Take ownership of bug fixes and production issues.
- Design features with observability and testing as a core consideration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and facilitate team ceremonies.
- Contribute to project planning, scoping, and risk identification.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning.
- Contribute to onboarding, documentation, and hiring efforts.
