Experience with backend languages like PHP or Python.
Experience with front end languages, particularly Javascript frameworks.
Ability to deliver testable, user-friendly features.
Experience building responsive or mobile-first web experiences.
Experience converting design mockups into functional components.
Experience building features with observability and testing in mind.
Experience with incorporating performance and accessibility into features.
Experience in writing well-documented and readable code.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of initiatives and break down complex features.
Build moderately complex features and components.
Take ownership of bug fixes and production issues.
Design features with observability and testing as a core consideration.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners and facilitate team ceremonies.
Contribute to project planning, scoping, and risk identification.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning.
Contribute to onboarding, documentation, and hiring efforts.
