Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering.
- Experience with M&A integrations or integrating newly acquired environments.
- Proficiency in Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), AADDS, and Microsoft Intune.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016–2022.
- Experience with DNS, domain registration, and domain migration.
- Networking skills: LAN/WAN, switching, routing, and Meraki hardware.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience with video-conferencing deployment.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
Responsibilities
- Travel to acquired firm locations to assess infrastructure, conduct discovery, and drive integration activities.
- Lead decommissioning of on-premises equipment and migrate workloads to Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Serve as the day-to-day technical contact for the Partner Integration team and senior leadership.
- Deploy and support SaaS applications, Azure IaaS services, network infrastructure, and video conferencing.
- Own DNS and domain migrations from planning through cutover.
- Provide second-level escalation support for the Service Desk.
- Write and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
- Maintain documentation around SOPs and project status.
