Requirements

4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art
Proven experience with ComfyUI (mandatory)
Strong proficiency in Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111
Hands-on experience with AI video tools like Kling, Seedance, and Happy Horse
Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines
Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar
Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, and cinematic language
Ability to maintain character and scene consistency in AI-generated content
Fluent in English
Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content

Responsibilities

Conceptualise scripts based on current production needs and centred around existing AI characters
Create narrative-driven, longform video content with a strong focus on storytelling and visual coherence
Own and manage end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation to final delivery
Work extensively with ComfyUI pipelines, building and customizing node-based workflows
Utilize Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other AI video platforms
Develop and maintain consistent character appearance and style across narratives
Integrate motion graphic design and colour correction
Experiment rapidly with new AI models, tools, and techniques
Align with Content Lead direction while maintaining autonomy
Refine workflows for efficiency, scalability, and quality
