Responsibilities

  • Design and pilot experimental AI workflows to proactively address customer friction points.
  • Implement workflow improvements within Salesforce to automate internal processes.
  • Handle high-level technical escalations and update AI/Knowledge Base to prevent recurrence.
  • Create automated training modules and QA frameworks for offshore partners.
  • Act as a core technical support agent during peak periods.
  • Develop a cross-platform content strategy for 'Search-First' and 'AI-First' discovery.
