Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
- Valid Pharmacy Technician or trainee license in Arizona or Pennsylvania.
- Strong computer/data entry ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- High-speed cable or fiber optic internet (min 10Mbps/5Mbps).
- Wired ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi/hotspot).
- Private and quiet workspace.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls for patient demographics and initial shipments.
- Process prescription requests via calls to provider offices.
- Perform data entry for prescription orders.
- Ensure accurate entry of prescriptions into the system.
- Investigate non-clinical issues with pharmacists and healthcare providers.
- Handle multiple tasks while maintaining high attention to detail.
