Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, electronics, or Medical Technology.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in laboratory environment, field service, technical call center, or Abbott Diagnostics products.
- Ability to travel up to 90%-100%.
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction.
- Subject matter expertise on laboratory systems and workflows.
- Ability to work effectively both remotely and in collaboration with teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to ADD customers and field personnel as primary contact for instrument and assay integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve instrument/reagent problems onsite or over the phone.
- Document information into the complaint handling system.
- Lead multi-site/multi-instrument integrations for instruments and reagents.
- Conduct comprehensive customer entrance and exit interviews.
- Provide customer training on newly installed instruments.
- Lead critical account management situations.
- Investigate problems and provide solutions for hardware, software, and reagent issues.
- Function as Subject Matter Expert on cross-functional teams.
- Manage time and territory effectively.
