Requirements
- Master degree in Engineering or Business Administration (preferred).
- 5 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing or project management within the construction industry.
- At least 5 years of sales management experience in an international context.
- Proven success record in international sales.
- Entrepreneurial and agile mindset.
- Self-structured, self-driven, and ambitious.
- Strong coaching and feedback skills.
- Excellent diagnostic, communication, consulting, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Define strategy for Fieldwire post-sales.
- Manage the Account Management Organization and team growth.
- Deliver key organizational objectives for sales motion through renewals and expansion.
- Reach quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Train and coach managers using situational leadership.
- Develop sales management processes, KPIs, and shop floors.
- Engage in top accounts and advance business for key deals.
- Monitor market dynamics and refine market penetration strategy.
- Collaborate across departments including customer service, marketing, and support.
