Requirements
- Proven track record of 4-5 years in field sales, selling to mid-market and/or enterprise customers.
- Experience working with distributors and/or vendors within a channel-driven model.
- Experience in IT sales, preferably within infrastructure and/or data management.
- Knowledge of Veeam customers and partner ecosystem is a plus.
- Strong ability to identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities.
- Demonstrated competence in building, managing, and leveraging a partner network.
- Ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively with partners to drive joint success.
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments with evolving roles and responsibilities.
- Self-starter with a strong learning agility and the ability to ramp up quickly.
- High-energy, results-driven sales professional.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
- Close new business with end customers across the assigned region.
- Develop and strengthen partner relationships to drive commitment, capability, and performance against agreed financial metrics and KPIs.
- Develop and execute territory plans to build and maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline.
- Propose, coordinate, and participate in regional marketing initiatives to support revenue growth.
- Build and expand a strong ecosystem of partners and customers within the region.
- Leverage channel partners and support them in closing business with end customers.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in Salesforce CRM to ensure forecast reliability.
- Provide structured market feedback on wins, losses, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate the regional POD (Sales, SE, Channel, Inside Sales, Marketing) to operate as a cohesive team and achieve business targets.
- Actively contribute to the broader EMEA leadership community.
