Requirements
- 6+ years of full stack engineering experience with at least 2 years in a lead/senior role.
- Expert-level React (Next.js preferred).
- Strong backend skills in Node.js or Python.
- Production experience with WebSockets or SSE for real-time streaming.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, Docker, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
- Strong UI/UX sensibility for trader-friendly interfaces.
- Familiarity with Git workflows and agile delivery.
- Clear and structured communication in English.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full stack development of the trading terminal — architecture decisions, tech stack choices, code quality standards, and shipping cadence.
- Build the real-time trading UI using React/Next.js.
- Design and implement backend APIs for market data aggregation and trade execution routing.
- Implement WebSocket infrastructure for streaming live odds and orderbook depth.
- Integrate with prediction market APIs and sportsbook feeds.
- Build the on-chain transaction layer.
- Develop the automation engine frontend.
- Set up CI/CD pipelines, testing infrastructure, and monitoring/observability.
- Own performance optimization.
- Hire and mentor junior/mid-level engineers.
