Requirements
- Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Informatics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in UAT and functional validation.
- Experience working directly with end-users and business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in functional end-to-end, regression, and smoke testing.
- Ability to validate APIs using tools like Postman.
- Expertise in defect lifecycle management using JIRA Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
- Experience in DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD environments.
- High capacity for documentation and executive reporting.
Responsibilities
- Define, execute, and document UAT test scenarios.
- Validate business flows across web applications, legacy systems, and APIs.
- Manage the complete defect lifecycle using JIRA Cloud.
- Facilitate acceptance testing sessions with end-users.
- Generate executive reports and evidence documentation.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, refinement, and functional reviews.
- Analyze business requirements to create effective UAT test cases.
