Requirements
- Proven experience as a people manager.
- Ability to coach senior engineers on complex projects.
- Strong technical background, ideally with a Computer Science degree.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems principles.
- Knowledge of scalability, fault tolerance, and observability.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and align stakeholders.
- Experience in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.
- Comfort using AI-powered tools and agentic development.
- Familiarity with Go, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Responsibilities
- Manage, hire, and develop a team of engineers.
- Provide regular performance feedback and support career growth.
- Act as project manager and define product roadmaps with owners.
- Engage in technical conversations and challenge team decisions.
- Remove blockers and impediments to improve team productivity.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and understanding.
- Interact with enterprise customers regarding their observability needs.
- Stay updated on technical trends to understand team challenges.
