Requirements

  • 2+ Years of relevant technical experience
  • Proven experience working with SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL scripting
  • Familiarity with client-server architecture
  • Troubleshooting experience for web-based applications
  • Ability to communicate technical instructions clearly
  • CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical problems by troubleshooting incidents
  • Collect detailed problem descriptions, traces, log files, and replication
  • Communicate investigation progress to clients
  • Update records in the CRM system
  • Utilize support tools and processes to resolve cases
  • Share best practices for product utilization and deployment
  • Support KPI targets such as SLA and QA
  • Participate in scheduled weekend on-call rotations
