Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid digital marketing.
- Focus on app growth, user acquisition, and B2B demand generation.
- Proven track record in managing campaigns that drive installs or B2B leads.
- Proficiency in paid platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple, LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
- Familiarity with mobile attribution platforms like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
- Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing for CPI, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking capabilities for marketing messaging.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid growth strategies across digital platforms.
- Oversee end-to-end management of paid campaigns including targeting and creative strategy.
- Identify and evaluate new/existing paid channels to optimize CPI, CPL, and CPA.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable reporting on CAC, LTV, CTR, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams.
- Own and allocate the paid marketing budget.
- Execute A/B testing for creative and copy to improve performance.
- Conduct market research and audience insights.
- Manage vendor and agency partnerships.
