Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid digital marketing.
  • Focus on app growth, user acquisition, and B2B demand generation.
  • Proven track record in managing campaigns that drive installs or B2B leads.
  • Proficiency in paid platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Apple, LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution platforms like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience optimizing for CPI, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking capabilities for marketing messaging.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid growth strategies across digital platforms.
  • Oversee end-to-end management of paid campaigns including targeting and creative strategy.
  • Identify and evaluate new/existing paid channels to optimize CPI, CPL, and CPA.
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable reporting on CAC, LTV, CTR, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams.
  • Own and allocate the paid marketing budget.
  • Execute A/B testing for creative and copy to improve performance.
  • Conduct market research and audience insights.
  • Manage vendor and agency partnerships.
