Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Proven experience working with SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL scripting.
- Familiarity with client-server architecture.
- Experience troubleshooting web-based applications.
- Ability to communicate technical instructions clearly.
- CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical incidents including log file and trace analysis.
- Communicate investigation progress to clients via CRM.
- Utilize support tools to resolve cases.
- Share best product utilization and deployment practices.
- Support KPI targets such as SLA and resolution metrics.
- Participate in scheduled weekend on-call rotation.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to report bugs.
- Contribute to product enhancements.
