Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Proven experience working with SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL scripting.
  • Familiarity with client-server architecture.
  • Experience troubleshooting web-based applications.
  • Ability to communicate technical instructions clearly.
  • CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot technical incidents including log file and trace analysis.
  • Communicate investigation progress to clients via CRM.
  • Utilize support tools to resolve cases.
  • Share best product utilization and deployment practices.
  • Support KPI targets such as SLA and resolution metrics.
  • Participate in scheduled weekend on-call rotation.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to report bugs.
  • Contribute to product enhancements.
