Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years experience in data science, analytics, or experimentation.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in experimentation and causal inference.
- Strong background in attribution modeling and media mix modeling.
- Experience with lifecycle analytics (e.g., Customer.io, Braze, Iterable).
- Hands-on experience with product analytics instrumentation and platforms (Statsig, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Expert-level SQL proficiency and strong Python proficiency.
- Production-level experience with dbt, including semantic layer design.
- Proven fluency with AI-native analyst tools (Claude, Hex, Omni).
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level presenting.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytical strategy for the end-to-end marketing funnel and member lifecycle.
- Manage the product analytics domain, including onboarding, sign-up, and in-app engagement.
- Serve as the executive-facing owner for marketing and product performance reporting.
- Design and execute an experimentation program using StatSig.
- Develop and evolve attribution frameworks and media mix modeling.
- Partner with Growth Marketing as the embedded analytical lead.
- Own and evolve dbt data models, ensuring high-quality metrics and semantic layers.
- Engineer context into BI and AI tools to facilitate self-service analytics.
- Translate data findings into actionable executive recommendations.
- Act as a technical leader to raise the bar for the broader analytics team.
