Requirements

  • 3+ years in data coordination, program operations, or retail analytics—preferably within the energy, utility, or rebate sectors
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
  • Experience managing complex datasets
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly master proprietary software and project management tools
  • High level of precision in data entry and code generation
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines
  • Ability to translate technical data findings into clear, concise updates for non-technical stakeholders
  • Process-oriented with a focus on streamlining workflows
  • Results-driven and able to collaborate across all levels of an organization
  • Independent worker capable of taking ownership of assigned tasks
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Bachelor’s degree in business operations, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary analyst within our proprietary project management system to track program benchmarks, retailer participation and incentive budget impact
  • Develop and generate unique coupon codes and promotional identifiers tailored to specific retail partners
  • Reconcile monthly sales and redemption data provided by retailers against internal system records to ensure accuracy in rebate processing
  • Coordinate with retail corporate offices to ensure coupon codes are properly integrated into their respective POS systems
  • Analyze redemption trends and program sell-through data to provide actionable insights to the Program Manager
  • Conduct rigorous internal audits of data entries to prevent duplication of incentives and ensure compliance with utility regulatory requirements
  • Maintain detailed SOPs for code generation and data uploading within the project management system
  • Develop and maintains accurate and timely reporting
  • Creates and collaborates on procedural documentation in support of the Program Manager
  • Ensures data accuracy and integrity in all internal and external reports
