Requirements
- 3+ years in data coordination, program operations, or retail analytics—preferably within the energy, utility, or rebate sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Experience managing complex datasets
- Demonstrated ability to quickly master proprietary software and project management tools
- High level of precision in data entry and code generation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines
- Ability to translate technical data findings into clear, concise updates for non-technical stakeholders
- Process-oriented with a focus on streamlining workflows
- Results-driven and able to collaborate across all levels of an organization
- Independent worker capable of taking ownership of assigned tasks
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree in business operations, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary analyst within our proprietary project management system to track program benchmarks, retailer participation and incentive budget impact
- Develop and generate unique coupon codes and promotional identifiers tailored to specific retail partners
- Reconcile monthly sales and redemption data provided by retailers against internal system records to ensure accuracy in rebate processing
- Coordinate with retail corporate offices to ensure coupon codes are properly integrated into their respective POS systems
- Analyze redemption trends and program sell-through data to provide actionable insights to the Program Manager
- Conduct rigorous internal audits of data entries to prevent duplication of incentives and ensure compliance with utility regulatory requirements
- Maintain detailed SOPs for code generation and data uploading within the project management system
- Develop and maintains accurate and timely reporting
- Creates and collaborates on procedural documentation in support of the Program Manager
- Ensures data accuracy and integrity in all internal and external reports
