Requirements
- Previous experience as a QA Analyst working with both manual and automated testing.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing and validation processes.
- Strong knowledge of API automation testing (REST/SOAP) using modern frameworks and tools.
- Experience developing and maintaining automation scripts with Robot Framework.
- Familiarity with Jira for task management, defect tracking, and agile workflow organization.
- Experience working within agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of customer service processes is considered a plus.
- Previous experience in banking, fintech, or financial services environments is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute manual and automated test cases for systems integrated with Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Robot Framework and API automation tools.
- Perform manual testing within Salesforce environments, validating integrations, workflows, and critical business processes.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, contributing to product evolution and overall delivery quality.
- Prepare and manage test data scenarios in collaboration with different business areas.
- Register, track, and monitor bugs, incidents, and improvement opportunities using Jira.
- Collaborate with operational and customer service teams to better understand business impacts and functional requirements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and testing best practices.
- Support the identification of risks and contribute to process optimization within QA activities.
