Requirements
- Proven experience working with generative AI projects, intelligent automation, or AI-driven business process optimization.
- Strong hands-on expertise with n8n for building, maintaining, and scaling automation workflows and operational integrations.
- Advanced Python skills for developing AI applications, automations, and system integrations.
- Experience integrating AI APIs and working with production-level AI solutions and operational support processes.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, including query optimization, database analysis, and operational reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot and experience supporting automation and operational workflows within customer-focused environments.
- Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Experience monitoring production environments, troubleshooting automation issues, and driving continuous improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote and cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance AI agents, assistants, bots, and automation solutions focused on Customer Success operations and business scalability.
- Design, maintain, and optimize workflows using tools such as n8n, Python, APIs, and automation platforms to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and operational teams to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and deliver practical AI-driven solutions.
- Monitor, support, and continuously improve AI agents already running in production environments, ensuring stability, performance, and business alignment.
- Integrate systems and services through APIs and automated workflows while maintaining traceability, governance, and operational reliability.
- Analyze operational processes and data flows to propose enhancements, reduce manual work, and support decision-making initiatives.
- Contribute to roadmap prioritization by balancing operational maintenance, continuous improvements, and the delivery of new automation initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of documentation, data quality, governance, and monitoring practices across all implemented solutions.
