Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in partner management.
- 5+ years working directly with Global System Integrators.
- Proven track record in quota-carrying partnership or channel sales roles in SaaS.
- Experience executing go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of SaaS ecosystems (CMS/DXP, MACH/composable architecture).
- Ability to structure complex partnership deals.
- Established ability to build relationships at senior levels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing priorities in a high-growth environment.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience (Sales, Marketing, Product).
Responsibilities
- Own and manage strategic relationships with Global System Integrator (GSI) partners.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies that generate pipeline growth.
- Identify and build scalable partnership opportunities, including co-sell motions.
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert for GSI partnerships.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Establish and track performance metrics including OKRs, KPIs, and revenue quotas.
- Expand and deepen relationships across all organizational levels within partner ecosystems.
- Support onboarding, enablement, and ongoing management of strategic GSI partnerships.
