Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in partner management.
  • 5+ years working directly with Global System Integrators.
  • Proven track record in quota-carrying partnership or channel sales roles in SaaS.
  • Experience executing go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS ecosystems (CMS/DXP, MACH/composable architecture).
  • Ability to structure complex partnership deals.
  • Established ability to build relationships at senior levels.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing priorities in a high-growth environment.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience (Sales, Marketing, Product).

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage strategic relationships with Global System Integrator (GSI) partners.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies that generate pipeline growth.
  • Identify and build scalable partnership opportunities, including co-sell motions.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for GSI partnerships.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Establish and track performance metrics including OKRs, KPIs, and revenue quotas.
  • Expand and deepen relationships across all organizational levels within partner ecosystems.
  • Support onboarding, enablement, and ongoing management of strategic GSI partnerships.
