Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, online media, account management, or media planning
- Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystems, including DSPs, SSPs, RTB, Deal IDs, and private marketplace buying models
- Experience managing client relationships in agency, trading desk, or client-direct environments
- Familiarity with ad tech and marketing tools such as Salesforce, DoubleClick, JIRA, IAS, and DoubleVerify
- Solid understanding of campaign measurement, digital media metrics, and advertising revenue models
- Ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously
- Strong analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Responsibilities
- Own the full post-sale campaign lifecycle for strategic and high-budget accounts
- Manage and grow key client relationships
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Ad Operations, and creative teams
- Drive account growth strategies by identifying upsell opportunities
- Oversee complex multi-channel campaigns
- Support and mentor junior account team members
