Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
- Experience managing large, complex, SaaS or cloud-native engineering organizations.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with DevOps, cloud architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience with SaaS platforms, managing scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Experience building and scaling machine learning or generative AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the technology strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Oversee the engineering lifecycle from development to maintenance.
- Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.
- Lead, recruit, develop, and retain high-performing engineering teams.
- Ensure adoption of software engineering best practices.
- Own the transition from AI-assisted to AI-native development practices.
- Collaborate with product management, operations, customer success, and sales.
- Manage engineering budgets and resource forecasting.
