Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related; Master's preferred.
- 15+ years in engineering leadership managing large, complex SaaS/cloud-native orgs.
- Proven experience building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Expertise in SDLC and agile methodologies.
- Expertise in DevOps, cloud architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with SaaS platform scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Proven ability to build and scale machine learning or generative AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee engineering lifecycle from development through operations.
- Provide visionary leadership and mentor engineering talent.
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing cross-functional teams.
- Ensure adoption of CI/CD, agile, observability, and security practices.
- Manage the transition to AI-native development.
- Collaborate with product and sales to define roadmaps.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and vendor relationships.
