Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in DTC lifecycle marketing, ideally in a 0-to-1 growth environment
  • Experience owning and operating email and SMS channels with a focus on retention
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a builder mentality in ambiguous settings
  • Balanced creative ideation and data-driven decision making skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and drive alignment across teams

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day execution of all lifecycle channels and the overarching retention marketing strategy
  • Build the 0-to-1 testing engine for retention, creating and optimizing automated messaging journeys
  • Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to identify friction points and improve patient satisfaction
  • Partner closely with the Head of Growth to bridge the gap between new patient acquisition and long-term adherence
  • Synthesize data and qualitative insights to optimize the end-to-end funnel
  • Ensure all lifecycle communications reflect evidence-based care and build patient trust
