Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day execution of all lifecycle channels and the overarching retention marketing strategy
- Build the 0-to-1 testing engine for retention, creating and optimizing automated messaging journeys
- Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to identify friction points and improve patient satisfaction
- Partner closely with the Head of Growth to bridge the gap between new patient acquisition and long-term adherence
- Synthesize data and qualitative insights to optimize the end-to-end funnel
- Ensure all lifecycle communications reflect evidence-based care and build patient trust
