Requirements
- 7+ years experience in lifecycle, CRM, growth, or engagement marketing.
- 2-3 years of experience in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Experience in B2B2C business models.
- Experience in healthcare, benefits, EAP, or subscription services.
- Expertise in segmentation and journey orchestration.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms like Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with performance data.
- Proven cross-functional leadership skills.
- Understanding of privacy and compliance in regulated industries (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle marketing strategy for employer and EAP partnerships.
- Develop scalable onboarding frameworks for new employer groups.
- Design segmentation strategies for employee lists.
- Build automated nurture journeys for awareness, activation, and retention.
- Optimize messaging cadence across email, SMS, and in-product channels.
- Define KPIs and build performance dashboards with Analytics.
- Lead experimentation and A/B testing across all marketing touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Legal, and Product teams.
