- 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong track record of coaching reps to quota and career progression
- Proven ability to hire and scale high-performing sales teams
- Skilled in navigating and closing complex deal cycles
- Comfortable with technical products and translating value to buyers
- Located in the Western US
Responsibilities
- Drive performance of an eight person sales team through mentorship, 1:1s, and real-time deal support.
- Attract, hire, and retain top AE talent.
- Own the number by forecasting accurately, driving pipeline growth, and closing business.
- Join customer calls and attend regional events.
- Support deal strategy and help close complex, technical deals.
- Partner with marketing, sales ops, customer success, and product to align on GTM strategies.
