Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Guidewire development with hands-on PolicyCenter experience
- Strong experience in Java and the Guidewire ecosystem
- Good understanding of JVM technologies such as Java 8, J2EE, XML, SOAP, REST, SQL, PL/SQL, Spring, Hibernate
- Solid knowledge of good coding practices including Clean Code and Design Patterns
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or another technical field
- Experience working in a corporate IT environment in a similar role
- Strong communication and business communication skills
Responsibilities
- Act as a Technical Lead contributing to multiple technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects
- Work on Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and product development
- Collaborate closely with onsite coordinators and stakeholders
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project deliverables within the team
- Mentor and support team members in project execution
- Participate in organization-wide people initiatives
- Be willing to travel to customer locations when required
