Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Data Engineering experience
- Strong expertise in SQL and large-scale data transformation
- Proven experience building robust production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines
- Experience designing and managing data warehouse architectures
- Deep understanding of data modeling and distributed data systems
- Practical experience with data quality frameworks, MDM, and identity resolution
- Strong business understanding around churn, CRM, and customer segmentation
- Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in direct client interactions
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Responsibilities
- Design and build a modern data platform from scratch in a fragmented and low-maturity environment
- Integrate multiple data sources into a unified source of truth
- Define the architecture, tooling, and processes for the entire data stack
- Build scalable, production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines and orchestration workflows
- Develop a robust data warehouse architecture
- Implement Master Data Management strategies and identity resolution
- Own data quality processes
- Translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable data models
- Deliver reliable datasets for churn prediction, CRM activation, and engagement analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate technical trade-offs
