Requirements
- 3–5+ years in a DevOps, Cloud Networking, or Sales Engineering role
- Strong AWS experience
- Deep understanding of AWS networking services including Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, CloudWAN, BGP, VPN
- Experience supporting or working alongside Sales or Product teams on quoting or solution design
- Hands-on proficiency with Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK
- Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Based in Australia
- Ability to work from home with little supervision
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain AWS cloud networking architectures: VPCs, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, CloudWAN, BGP routing
- Manage hybrid cloud connectivity between AWS and on-prem data centers
- Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, etc.)
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network and cloud performance and security
- Collaborate with Sales to assess and design customer connectivity solutions
- Assist in quoting and solution design for physical NNIs/Direct Connect circuits
- Serve as a technical point of contact for pre-sales customer calls
