Requirements
- 6+ years hands-on ML/NLP experience (or 3+ years post-PhD/Master's).
- Deep expertise in transformer stacks (BERT/GPT/T5) and RAG systems.
- Experience with vector-based information retrieval and optimization.
- Proven track record building NER or entity-resolution systems at 100M+ scale.
- Experience with record linkage, data deduplication, and knowledge-graphs.
- Strong applied research capabilities in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Software-engineering rigor in Python (Go/Java a plus).
- Familiarity with embedding models and vector search technologies.
- Executive communication skills with data-driven storytelling ability.
Responsibilities
- Invent and productionize Transformer/RAG/Graph RAG architectures.
- Prototype and launch hybrid dense/sparse retrieval pipelines on vector DBs.
- Own high-recall NER models for multi-language text entity extraction.
- Build cross-dataset entity-resolution frameworks for data deduplication.
- Design and implement agentic workflows with robust evaluation frameworks.
- Scale ML solutions and partner with engineers for production reliability.
- Drive end-to-end project ownership from definition through deployment.
