Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Designer.
- High energy and passion for visual storytelling.
- Solid understanding of graphic design, print, and web technologies.
- Real-world experience in brand and campaign identity development.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating process from concept to execution.
- Expertise in layout, typography, and idea generation.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships.
- Keen eye for consistency across multiple communication channels.
- Visual Arts BS/BA degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work on projects from start to finish, including ideation, creation, and implementation.
- Apply conceptual and integrated design thinking across digital, web, ecommerce, print, OOH, and POS.
- Define visual direction for a variety of projects.
- Implement existing brand guidelines consistently.
- Develop user-centered responsive web and email layouts.
- Develop printed collateral from start to repro-ready.
- Present work internally and to clients while managing timelines.
- Maintain knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
