Requirements
- Experience supporting children or young people with additional learning needs
- A calm, caring and flexible approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness for us to process one)
Responsibilities
- Working with pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
- Providing 1:1 or small group support tailored to help every child shine.
- Helping the teacher manage the classroom and promoting a calm, positive environment.
- Helping learners make progress and believe in themselves.
- Collaborating with teachers, ALNCOs, and external pros to get the best outcomes for the children.
- Upholding the highest standards of pupil wellbeing.
