- Professional written English fluency
- Spoken English clarity sufficient for sync and async work with a US-based team
- Demonstrated end-to-end campaign ownership
- Performance marketing literacy
- AI fluency in content workflow (ChatGPT or Claude)
- Cross-functional fluency
- Project management discipline
- DTC supplement, health & wellness, or wellness brand experience (nice-to-have)
- Direct response / VSL funnel experience (nice-to-have)
- Custom GPTs, prompt libraries, or AI workflows you've built (not just used) (nice-to-have)
- CRM hands-on with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce (nice-to-have)
- Sales or BDR background (nice-to-have)
- Podcast or video editing skills (useful as backup) (nice-to-have)
Responsibilities
- Own TNT's full agency-side content engine
- Write, send, and grow the Scaling Secrets newsletter
- Manage LinkedIn organic content and paid ads
- Produce pillar SEO content and gated content offers
- Produce lead magnets end-to-end
- Plan episodes, manage guest pipeline, and create outlines for The Scaling Lab podcast
- Perform final QA on edited podcast episodes
- Select and review social clips for the podcast
- Create thumbnails, descriptions, blog versions, and cross-platform scheduling for podcasts
- Extend CRM welcome series, segmentation, and tagging
- Build new opt-in flows for fresh resources
- Conduct quarterly strategy planning and end-of-quarter reporting
- Ensure marketing project on-time delivery
- Synthesize client wins into sales-ready case study decks
