Requirements
- AI experience: Claude code, Claude CLI, MCP
- Monitoring systems: APM, Log management, Tracing, Dashboards
- Jira Service Management (+JSM Operations) API + Automation: JQL/CRUD, webhooks, webhooks actions, fields set up, SLA/escalations
- GCP Basic: deploying small tasks on Cloud Run/Functions, BigQuery
- Go/Python: write scripts/CLIs against REST APIs (pagination, retries, idempotency); export data to a database (Go preferred)
- Experience with no-code builders
- Autonomy & proactivity; strong teamwork (critical)
- Ability to own tasks end-to-end and collaborate with engineering and product
- Ability to identify bottlenecks
- Communication (English B2+): running war-rooms, facilitating meetings with engineering leads and product managers
- Experience with Google Cloud (GCF) (nice to have)
- Experience Datadog monitoring system (nice to have)
- Experience Terraform (nice to have)
- Experience in fintech (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Kubernetes components (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Apply SRE fundamentals: core metrics SLO/SLI, error budget, MTTA/MTTR, toil management
- Manage incidents and participate in resolution, postmortems (critical)
- Be ready to work on-call and multitask
- Autonomously own tasks end-to-end
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams
- Identify bottlenecks
