Requirements
- Active Secret Clearance
- Customer engagement experience, ability to develop relationships and understand customer needs
- 1-5 years of PowerApps development experience building canvas apps
- 1-5 years of PowerAutomate experience focusing on business process automation
- Advanced SharePoint Online (SPO) experience
- Foundational knowledge (with some experience) in Power Pages, Dataverse, Premium Capacities
- Understanding of UX/UI principles
- Intermediate to Advanced experience and understanding of Microsoft 365 suite of tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to complete tasks with little to no supervision
- COMPTIA Security + certification (preferred upon hire or within 90 days)
- Computing Environment (CE) certification relative to the position (preferred upon hire or within 90 days)
Responsibilities
- Support development and delivery of data visualizations, Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
- Direct engagement with customers to define project requirements and manage customer expectations
- Design, build, and maintain model-driven/canvas Power Apps to support and enhance program and organization operations
- Design and maintain automated workflows and business process integrations using Power Automate to enhance organizational efficiency and connectivity
- Author and contribute to technical documentation
- Author and deliver reference and training resources
- Manage project details and schedule and provide project status updates
