Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the content team to audit nursing practice questions and rationales; you will provide a "student’s-eye view" to ensure explanations are clear, cross-reference content with current nursing textbooks for consistency, and identify areas where rationales can be simplified or expanded to better support peer learning.
- Provide user experience feedback on digital learning tools, helping our developers make the interface more intuitive for nursing and healthcare study sessions.
- Assist in tracking changes to state board requirements and emerging trends in nursing school curricula to keep Kaplan materials ahead of the curve.
- Help draft supplemental study guides, blog posts, or social media educational snippets tailored to the needs and "pain points" of current nursing students.
- Participate in remote meetings with tech, marketing, and education teams to help align our products with the modern student experience.
