Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or integrated communications
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (digital, social media, email, content, and traditional media)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics and reporting tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated brand strategies across digital, social, print, and experiential channels
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal teams to align brand initiatives with business goals
- Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to completion including social media, digital, email marketing, etc.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies using data-driven insights
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive positioning
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to reflect company growth and market changes
- Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed
