Requirements
- 8+ years of experience supporting technical partnerships and integrations, developer relations, or similar technical role with external stakeholders
- Customer facing background preferred (e.g. Technical consultant, Technical Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, Business Analyst)
- Excellent understanding of APIs and REST integrations
- Strong technical skills, including experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web technologies
- Experience scoping projects, designing technical solutions, and delivering projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Ability to adapt your communication to different audiences (highly technical vs. less/non-technical stakeholders)
- Organized, structured, rational and analytical way of working
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus
Responsibilities
- Scope custom technical and consulting projects
- Build custom solutions
- Coordinate with the Technical Services team and deliver on projects for clients
- Work closely with sales and development teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Understand and document client use cases and requirements and then translate them into set up and configuration of the 360Learning platform as well as specifications for the development of Technical Solutions
- Support and manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from sales turnover and kick off to handover to support
- Define 360Learning platform architecture for clients
- Facilitate integrations (flat files, API’s), 3rd party apps, guide and provide assistance in order to ensure the successful deployment of their platform
- Design tools to support the team and specific customer’s requests and avoid time-consuming work
