Requirements
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu
- Experience in AWS networking, core services (e.g., RDS, S3), and IAM security best practices
- Skilled in managing Kubernetes (EKS) and maintaining/evolving enterprise-scale platforms
- Experience with observability tooling such as OpenTelemetry and DataDog to implement metrics, tracing, and monitoring solutions
- Solid understanding of cloud-native technologies, including AWS services like RDS and RedShift
- Familiar with modern CI/CD pipelines and workflow automation tools, including ArgoCD, Argo Workflows, and GitHub Actions
- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable platforms while working as part of a cross-functional team
- Ability to dive into an existing codebase and quickly familiarize yourself, identifying areas to improve and contribute effectively
- Excited by solving customer problems and striving to become an expert in the domain area
- Comfortable working with a small team, moving quickly, and focusing on what truly matters
- Ready and willing to take ownership of problems and act on them decisively with little supervision
- Enjoy learning new technologies and thrive on solving challenges with tools and methods beyond those you already know
