Requirements

- Experience designing for conversational AI agents, particularly with a focus on usability KPIs and iterative improvements.
- Establish patterns and frameworks for responsible AI design.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to design for ambiguity.
- Use AI design tools to accelerate ideation, layout generation, copy exploration, and prototyping.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
- 6-8 years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related role.
- Previous experience working in agile environments, collaborating closely with product and technical teams.
- Proven track record of mentoring junior designers and helping them improve their skills.
- Experience with AI-powered conversational interfaces, focusing on user interaction, performance metrics, and optimization is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete design lifecycle for various products, from initial research and ideation through to high-fidelity visuals and final implementation.
- Translate complex user and business challenges into simple, elegant, and functional design solutions that align with user needs and strategic goals.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that clearly communicate design concepts and ensure an intuitive user experience.
- Conduct user testing and leverage data-driven insights to validate design decisions, ensuring designs meet performance goals and continuously improve based on user feedback.
- Design and refine AI-driven workflows, including conversational and non-conversational AI experiences, focusing on clarity, usability, and engagement.
- Mentor junior designers, helping them grow their skills, navigate challenges, and refine their design approaches.
- Contribute to and help evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products and features.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with technical requirements and product objectives.
- Advocate for user-centered design thinking across the organization, ensuring that design decisions are informed by user insights and aligned with business objectives.
- Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools. Integrate new ideas and approaches into design processes to enhance product experiences.
